It is available from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

The property is in Todi, in the heart of Umbria, and is approximately 3 km from Todi's historic centre. The access road includes 400 metres of unpaved road in good condition. There are five uncovered parking spaces inside the property. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. Shops and services are approximately 1.5 km away.

The property is for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Pets are allowed, with mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals. The property is not fenced in.
