- The main house has a fully equipped kitchen and the annex has a small kitchen. Listed equipment includes a dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, espresso coffee maker, American coffee machine, moka coffee maker, squeezer and toaster.

- A washing machine and dryer are provided; washing machines are located in the anterooms.
Pool
Private poolThe swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests, approximately 15 metres from the house. It measures 5 x 12 metres, has a constant depth of 1.5 metres, chlorine purification, internal and external lighting, sun loungers, deck chairs, tables, chairs, umbrellas and a shower. It is available from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
