The villa is 5 km from Todi, 3 km from the E45 Todi S. Damiano exit and a few kilometres from the E45 highway. The access road includes 250 m of unpaved uphill road. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. The Tyrrhenian coast is 137 km away at Montalto di Castro.

This is a private structure rented exclusively. No other guests are present on site when the villa is rented in this arrangement. The property is not fenced.
