This is a private structure available for lease only. The property is not fenced. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. Pets are allowed. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.
Getting there
The villa is near Todi, with Todi 5 km away and the E45 Todi S. Damiano exit 3 km away. The access road includes 250 m of unpaved uphill road. The property is on ground that slopes slightly down towards the pool; the pool is reached from the house by two steps or across approximately 15 m of lawn from the portico. The villa has six uncovered and three covered parking spaces.
