The free-form pool measures 110 square metres, has a depth of 70 to 150 cm, Roman steps and chlorine purification. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The area also has one heated rounded hydromassage pool and one 4 x 4 metre hydromassage pool that can be heated on request.

The property is reached by 2.5 km of unpaved road in good condition. The pool area is about 15 metres from the house along a short level path. Rapolano Terme is 7 km away, Siena is 27 km away and the A1 Valdichiana exit is 31 km away.

The property is fenced. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.
