## About the house

Designed by Italian architect Gianfranco Fini, the villa has vaulted ceilings, broad glass walls, garden-facing sofas, and doors opening onto the patio. Indoor and outdoor dining areas each seat 14. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and generous preparation space; an outdoor bar and BBQ adjoin the dining terrace.

The private infinity pool overlooks the surrounding landscape, with poolside loungers, hanging chairs, and a covered patio. A private home theater has a widescreen projector and plush seating. Other facilities include a speaker system, satellite or cable TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, parking, a washer and dryer, hot water, a safe, hair dryers, shampoo, and essentials.

All six bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, expansive vanity, glass-enclosed shower, and outdoor shower. Guest bedroom 2 has a king bed and garden views. Guest bedrooms 3 and 4 each open onto a private patio; guest bedrooms 5 and 6 have outdoor access. There is also a powder room.

A housekeeper, cook, and waiter are included, along with a six-seat golf cart and a four-seat golf cart for travel around Casa de Campo. Concierge services include airport transfers, yacht charters, car rentals, grocery pre-stocking, tours, catering, yoga, in-villa massages, and activity reservations.

Casa de Campo Marina is approximately 0.7 miles away and within walking distance. Minitas Beach is 2 miles away, Altos de Chavon 1.6 miles, and the Tennis Center 1.9 miles. The Golf Pro Shop and Equestrian Center are each approximately 2.5 miles away; the Shooting Center is 2.9 miles away.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. Casa de Campo registration is required before arrival and requires guest names and passport numbers. Registered guests receive ID cards for resort facilities, including Minitas Beach, tennis, fitness, spa, equestrian, shooting, and golf access. Resort fees are paid directly to the resort: $25 per adult per day and $12 per child ages 4–12 per day; children under 4 have complimentary access. An 18% service fee and the resort fee are additional. A security deposit equal to one night's stay is required. Occupancy pricing is based on double occupancy per bedroom. During Christmas and New Year's, a minimum stay of 10 nights applies.
