The maximum occupancy is 30 guests. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. External suppliers are not allowed; services must be arranged through the owner and official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers. Fireplaces are not working. Pets are permitted, with mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals.
Getting there
The villa is in the Val d'Elsa countryside. Casole d'Elsa is 4 km away, Colle di Val d'Elsa is 10 km away, Poggibonsi railway station is 18 km away, and Marina di Cecina on the Tyrrhenian Sea is 68 km away. Access roads are paved up to the entrance gate. The property has parking for up to 25 cars. The pool is reached by a few steps across the garden or a short flight of stairs.
