Barbecuing is prohibited because the villa is in a natural area. An electric barbecue is available. The outdoor pool is closed and emptied from 1 November to 30 April. A refundable damage deposit of 10,000 Turkish lira is required.

Gemiler Bay and the sea are 2.5 km away. The villa is on the road to Gemiler Bay in the Kınalı area of Kayaköy. A mini market is 150 m away, a restaurant is 1 km away, the town centre is 3.5 km away and Fethiye city centre is 8 km away.
