PRIVATE STRUCTURE (lease only). Villa Laguna is an historic villa near Faenza, originally built as the summer residence of the Counts Camerini in the late 1800s. Unique in style, the interiors are spacious and include an array of original details including Trani marble floors, vaulted ceilings, frescoed epigraphs on the ground floor and a bedroom that once served as a chapel.
The villa now sleeps up to ten guests in five bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, with a large living area and modern kitchen. An adjacent annexe houses a private wellness area with massage rooms, sauna, steam cabin, gym and a whirlpool tub. An al fresco dining area under lime trees and a shaded lounge terrace with garden views complete the scene.
