Villa Laguna is a historic villa built in the late 1800s as the summer residence of the Counts Camerini. The property has a main villa and annex, spacious private grounds, wide terraces, a large pool and a wellness area. It accommodates up to ten guests in five bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The annex includes massage rooms, a sauna, steam cabin, gym and whirlpool tubs.

Faenza is about 6 km away. Lido Adriano is 47.5 km away, Punta Marina 47 km, Marina di Ravenna 48 km and Milano Marittima 55 km. The access roads are paved up to the entrance. A shopping centre with supermarkets and essential services is about 10 minutes away by car.

The property is for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are prohibited without prior written authorization and agreed terms. The property is fenced. The outdoor and indoor whirlpool tubs can be heated on request with 24 hours' notice and an additional fee. The outdoor whirlpool is available for an additional fee.
