Lacona and Laconella beaches are reachable on foot in a few minutes via a pleasant route that is partly paved and partly dirt, accessed through a small garden gate. The beach area is stated as 800 metres away. A small gate near the pool leads to the road to Laconella Beach, a few hundred metres away. The property is on sloping ground; the two floors are reached externally and do not communicate. Some pool access involves stone steps. Access roads are paved up to and close to the main road. Parking is inside the property.

The property is for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Services at the villa may be provided exclusively by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers; unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted. Pets are allowed, with mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals.
