The private outdoor pool is 10 m by 4 m and 1.6 m deep. The indoor pool is 5 m by 2.5 m and 1 m deep. The indoor pool can be heated to a maximum of 25–29°C free of charge from 1 October to 30 April; heating is available at a weekly fee of 9,000 TRY during other months. The outdoor pools are closed and emptied from 1 November to 30 April because of weather conditions. The pool terrace is sheltered.

The final 200 m of the road to the villa is a steep uphill section. A mini-market and restaurant are 800 m away, the sea/beach is 3 km away, the centre is 2 km away, and a hospital/health centre is 3 km away.

Pets are not accepted. The outdoor pools are closed and emptied from 1 November to 30 April because of weather conditions. A 10,000 TRY deposit is collected and returned after departure if no damage is found.
