The fenced pool is 150 m from the villa and is reached by a path and seven stone steps. It measures 9 x 5 m, has a constant depth of 1.40 m, salt purification, internal lighting and a metal ladder. Pool heating is available on request. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The property is reached by a paved mountain road followed by 200 m of unpaved track. Arezzo is 25 km away. The pool is 150 m from the villa and requires a path and seven stone steps.

The villa accommodates up to eight guests. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization. The property is not fenced. Pets are permitted. Only the ground-floor fireplace is functional; the other fireplaces are ornamental.
