House rules
The maximum occupancy is 12 guests. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Pets are permitted, with extra cleaning in case of animals charged separately. The property is not fenced. Only the ground-floor fireplace is functional; the other fireplaces are ornamental.
Getting there
The villa is reached by a 15 km paved mountain road followed by approximately 200 m of unpaved track. The nearest villages for basic shopping are Volterrano, 8 km away, and Palazzo del Pero, 15 km away. Arezzo is 25 km away. The pool is 150 m from the villa and is reached by a path and seven stone steps.
