The pool is about 60 m from the house on a lower terrace, reached by a stone pathway through the olive trees. It measures 6 x 13 m, has a constant depth of 1.50 m, four steps into the water and chlorine purification. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October and is surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas.

The property has 3 km of unpaved access road that is not suitable for low or sports cars. Castellina in Chianti is 4.5 km away. The pool is about 60 m from the house on a lower terrace and is reached by a stone pathway. The Tyrrhenian Sea is 120 km away.

A maximum of two small or medium-sized pets is allowed. The property is not fenced. The pool is seasonal and open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October.
