This is a private structure available for lease only. Pets are limited to one small or medium-sized animal weighing no more than 10 kg. Parties, events, or visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization. External providers, chefs, and suppliers are not permitted; services must be arranged through Emma Villas. Heating is charged according to consumption, and mandatory extra cleaning applies when animals stay.
Getting there
The property is in the countryside near Torrita di Siena. There are 700 m of unpaved access road. The pool is about 50 m from the villa and is reached by steps or an electric stair lift. Torrita di Siena is 2 km away, Sinalunga is 6 km away, Montepulciano is 12 km away, Pienza is 18 km away, and Siena is 54 km away.
