Folding glass doors open the living area to the patio and a 30-foot infinity-edge Bali stone pool, with a fire pit on the lawn beyond. The indoor kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a cedar island; the outdoor kitchen has a four-burner gas grill, wet bar, wine fridge and dining for eight. All three bedrooms have teak floors, air conditioning, private bathrooms and ocean and jungle views; the master suite has a walk-in closet and an indoor/outdoor shower. Fiber-optic internet, a safe, exterior cameras and an alarm system.
