The property is fenced. Four cameras are positioned at the four corners of the property and remain turned off during guests' stay. Pool access is seasonal, and pool heating in low season is available on request for an extra fee.

The property is in Santa Maria Rezzonico, about 40 km from Como. San Siro is 600 m away and Menaggio is 6 km away. The access includes 200 m of unpaved road in good condition. Outdoor parking is available inside the property.
