In the Riviera dei Fiori, in Liguria, in a panoramic area near Sanremo, this elegant 700 sqm villa is located, surrounded by a charming 5,500 sqm botanical park, fully enclosed and with a sea view. Once owned by the Lancaster family, it retains a timeless elegance with historical elements such as the original floor from a French abbey and 18th-century boiseries that adorn the large billiard room and study, as well as an ancient 15th-century fountain displayed in a niche of the dining room.
The villa offers a spacious fitness room equipped with a sauna and Turkish bath, as well as a mosaic pool surrounded by tall palm trees. In the solarium, there is a large pergola hosting a table for poolside banquets, near the masonry barbecue and the bar counter, perfect for preparing cocktails. Note: Near the entrance gate to the property, distinctly separate from the villa, is the caretaker's residence, who, with utmost discretion and without interfering with guests' privacy, takes care of the park maintenance and pool cleaning.
