The villa comprises an approximately 700-square-metre main villa and a 50-square-metre annex. It has a billiard room, study, fitness room with sauna and Turkish bath, mosaic pool, poolside pergola, masonry barbecue and bar counter. A caretaker's residence is near the entrance gate and separate from the villa; the caretaker maintains the park and cleans the pool.

It measures 13 by 6.5 metres, has a depth of 1 to 3 metres, internal and external lighting, a diving board and a four-step access ladder. The route from the kitchen includes three steps. The pool is open from the first Saturday of April to the last Saturday of October. The pool area has a solarium, sunbeds, a pergola, umbrellas, a hot-and-cold-water shower, changing room with shower and restrooms.

The villa is in Sanremo on the road to Bussana Vecchia. Sanremo beach is 2.6 km away by car or 1 km on foot. The property is reachable by car from the Via Aurelia or A10 motorway; the Arma di Taggia exit is 8 km away. Access roads are paved up to the entrance gate. Parking is available for up to six cars and one car can use the garage.

The property is available for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum of 10 guests are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Services at the villa may be provided only by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers. One pet is allowed. The property includes a caretaker's residence separate from the villa.
