Maximum occupancy is 11 guests. Children of all ages are welcome. Pets are not allowed in the conditions, although small dogs are described as possible on request. A refundable security deposit of US$2,500 is required. The property is gated. The listing also asks guests to provide travel and arrival information before arrival to arrange key collection.
Getting there
The villa is a 5-minute drive from the beach and 15 minutes from Santa Teresa. The final approach is steep and unpaved and requires a 4x4 vehicle.
