House rules
Pets are not accepted. The outdoor pool is unavailable from November 1 through April 30 because of weather conditions. A 5,000 Turkish lira deposit is required and is refunded after departure if no damage is found. The villa is cleaned before arrival, and towels are prepared according to the stated guest capacity. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out early each morning by staff.

The sea and beach are 3 km away. Akyaka is 5 km away by car. A mini market and restaurant are each 5 km away. Dalaman Airport is 75 km away and Bodrum Airport is 115 km away.
