What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
How many guests can stay at Villa Koka?
The villa accommodates up to four guests with two bedrooms and two beds. Additional guests may be possible with prior arrangement.
Does the villa have a private pool?
Yes. The swimming pool is exclusively for your use during your stay and is regularly cleaned and maintained.
What amenities are included?
The villa includes a kitchen, air conditioning, television, parking, Wi-Fi, swimming pool and garden.
What is the cancellation and payment policy?
Cancellation or modification more than seven days before arrival incurs a charge of 50% of the booking item amount. Cancellation or modification less than seven days before arrival, or a no-show, incurs a charge of the full booking item amount. Payment is 100% of the booking item amount.
Where is Villa Koka located?
The villa is in Uluwatu, Bali. The exact address is provided upon booking confirmation.
Is housekeeping included?
Daily housekeeping is included for daily rentals. Weekly housekeeping is typically provided for monthly rentals. Fresh linens, towels and toiletries are supplied and replenished regularly.
Are there special house rules?
Lock valuables in the safety deposit box. Events and outside guests are not allowed. Commercial photography and filming are allowed subject to terms and conditions.
Is Wi-Fi available?
High-speed Wi-Fi is included. Confirm connection speed before booking if you have specific bandwidth requirements.
