The pool area is bordered by dry lava-stone walls, hedges and a wooden fence. It is about 15 m from the house and is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. A cold-water shower and bathroom are nearby.

The property is 4 km from Acireale, Santa Maria la Scala beach is 5 km away, and the Catania airport is 35 km away. Access includes 100 m of unpaved road in good condition. A private uncovered car park accommodates 3 cars. The house is on a gently sloping site at 90 m altitude, and the two floors are connected by internal and external stairs.

The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. The swimming pool is seasonal and open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. The basement kitchen's stone pizza oven may be used on request with staff assistance. Pets are allowed.
