House rules

Smoking and pets are not allowed. A 10-night minimum stay applies during Christmas and New Year. Casa de Campo resort registration is required before arrival and requires guest names and passport numbers. Mandatory resort fees are $25 per adult per day and $12 per child ages 4–12 per day; children under 4 are complimentary. These fees are paid directly to the resort. An 18% service fee applies in addition to accommodation charges and resort fees. A security deposit equal to one night's stay applies. Casa de Campo ID cards provide access to the Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, Tennis Courts, Spa, golf courses and advance tee times, Fitness Center, pool and Minitas Beach towels and chaise lounges, and Central Romana Medical Center services.

Getting there

Minitas Beach is 3.3 mi away. The villa is in a private gated community, and one car and a driver are included for the stay.
