House rules
No smoking. No pets. Groups of young people up to 18 years are not accepted. The property accommodates up to 12 people; the page also shows a separate summary of 10 occupants for owner review. A refundable security deposit of €10,000 and a refundable property-related breakage deposit are required. A booking fee and tourist tax apply.
Getting there
The property is in front of the sea in La Mola, with views over Cala Marmassen. Private access to the sea, a private boat dock and mooring are reached by a few flights of steps through terraced gardens. A car is necessary.
