House rules
No smoking. No pets. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to 21 years are not accepted. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide the arrival time and arrange key collection. Check-in is daily from 16:00 to 20:00; check-out is before 10:00. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. A refundable €800 deposit per booking is collected as a credit-card preauthorization. Final cleaning costs €185 per booking. Hoomy concierge service fees are 10% of the booking. Household linen is optional and is supplied for the stay without replacement: kitchen towels €2 per booking; one small and one large bath towel €7 per booking; double-bed linen €15 per bed; single-bed linen €12 per bed; bath mat €3 per booking. The listed tourist tax is included in the total price. Do not use domestic sockets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging point.
Getting there
The seafront is 300 m away and Grande Plage is 500 m away. Shops, bars and restaurants are 130 m away. Parking on the property is limited to 2 cars; additional parking is available in the town-centre car parks.
