The house

The home has 270-degree panoramic views across Horseshoe Bay and two separate spacious living and entertaining areas, each with a TV. Bifold doors open onto a downstairs timber-decked terrace surrounding the private pool and an upstairs balcony with an outdoor entertainment area. The outdoor facilities include a pool with spa, BBQ area, outdoor seating and a bar area overlooking the pool and beach.

All four bedrooms have air conditioning. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed; bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 each offer a king bed or two single beds. Two additional single trundle beds are available for an extra charge. The maximum occupancy is 10 guests, with no more than eight adults.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster, dishes and silverware. There is a dining table, a fully equipped laundry with washer and dryer, bed linen, ceiling fans, a bathtub, shower, DVD player and a garden or backyard. Starlink satellite Wi-Fi is available. Parking includes undercover parking and free street parking.

The home is metres from the 3 km north-facing Horseshoe Bay beach, with beach access and shops, restaurants and activities within walking distance. It is professionally managed by Best of Magnetic. Children aged 2–12 and infants under two are welcome, subject to the check-in guardian requirement.
