House rules
The usual changeover day is Thursday, with possible flexibility during low season. Dates that do not coincide with the usual changeover day should be confirmed before booking. Occupancy is 8 guests; guests 9 through 12 incur an additional charge that includes an extra bed. A group deposit of €250 per guest is payable by credit or debit card up to two weeks before arrival. Tourism taxes may apply. Food hampers, pool heating and certain baby equipment are optional extras.
Getting there
The beaches of Santa Eulália and Oura are described as within a short walking distance. Praia da Oura is listed as 1.2 km away. Renting a car is not essential for the stay. The property is self-catered.
