The property is just outside Foiano della Chiana, along the main road to town. The A1 Valdichiana exit is 4 km away, Foiano is 1.5 km away and its railway station is 500 m away. The access road is paved up to the entrance gate. The car gate and entrance path are shared with the caretaker's annex. Up to two cars can park inside the property.

The property is fenced. Pets are permitted. The swimming pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.
