It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The villa is just outside Bargecchia. Access roads are paved up to the entrance. Viareggio beach is 13 km away, shops and services in Bargecchia are 300 m away, and Corsanico is 1 km away. The property is on sloping ground, with direct outside access to both floors. The villa is approximately 14 km from Viareggio train station and 10 km from the Viareggio A12 motorway exit.

The property is rented as a private structure, with no other guests on site. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorisation and agreed terms. Pets are limited to two small or medium-sized animals. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. Heating is available on request according to consumption.
