It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The pool area has lawn and paved solarium areas, sunbeds, deckchairs, umbrellas and an outdoor hot-water shower.

The property is 7 km from Civitanova Marche and 2 km from Civitanova Alta. The beaches of Civitanova Marche, Porto Sant’Elpidio and Porto Recanati are 6 km, 13 km and 16 km away respectively. The access roads include 400 m of unpaved road between the first and second entrance gates.

This is a private structure available for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Services at the villa may be provided only by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers. The property is partially fenced. The pool is seasonal and open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
