The villa has two levels and an adjoining annex. It includes an open-plan living and dining area, professional kitchen, wood-fired oven room, two apartments, laundry room, games room and guest bathroom. A private fenced pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. Fano is approximately a 30-minute drive away, and the Furlo Gorge is reachable within a few minutes by car.

The villa is near Isola di Fano in the Marche hills. Fano and its beaches are approximately 30 km away and about a 30-minute drive. The Furlo Gorge is 17 km away. Access roads are paved up to the entrance. Shops and services in Isola di Fano are 400 m away. Parking is within the property.

The maximum occupancy is 10 guests, comprising 8 standard places plus 2 extra places. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the booked maximum are forbidden without prior written authorization. Unauthorised chefs and suppliers are not permitted. The property is not fenced, although the pool area is fully fenced. Pets are allowed subject to additional cleaning.
