Landscaped outdoor areas surround a terrace and porch with a barbecue. There are three sun loungers and a more private upper terrace.

The ground floor has a living-dining room with two sofas, a coffee table, satellite TV, air conditioning and a dining table. The equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave and air conditioning. A double bedroom and two bathrooms with showers are also on this floor. Upstairs are two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub. Two upstairs bedrooms open onto the upper terrace. All four bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning.

Muro town is 11 km away, Golf Alcanada 7 km and Hospital Comarcal de Inca 25 km. The house has two floors, with three bedrooms upstairs. There is no private beach access.

Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
