## About the house

Tall wooden ceilings, a double living room and an adjoining dining terrace connect to a full-width lanai with separate lounge and dining areas. Outdoor facilities include a private pool, hot tub, BBQ, outdoor seating and garden views.

Each of the six bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom. The primary bedroom and Guest Bedroom 2 each have a king bed. A separate powder room serves the shared living areas.

An air-conditioned work and media studio beside the entrance has a large desk, Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and surround-sound stereo. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, ice machine, oven, stove, dishwasher, dishes and utensils. A washer, dryer, safe and hair dryer are available.

A housekeeper, cook and waiter are included. Concierge support can arrange airport transfers, private travel, yacht charters, car rentals, grocery pre-stocking, meet-and-greets, tours, excursions, dining and activity reservations, catering, yoga, in-villa massages and additional staff.

Casa de Campo is a 7,000-acre oceanfront resort community with golf, tennis, equestrian activities, shooting, beaches, dining, a marina, spa and wellness facilities, and Altos de Chavon. Resort registration is required and carries separate daily fees.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. Christmas and New Year stays require a 10-night minimum. An 18% service fee and separate Casa de Campo resort fees apply. A security deposit equal to one night's stay is required. All guests must complete resort registration before arrival. Registration costs $25 per adult per day for guests 12 and older, $12 per child per day for ages 4 to 12, and is complimentary for children under 4; fees are paid directly to the resort. Registration provides an individual Casa de Campo ID card and access to designated resort facilities, including the Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, Tennis Courts, spa, golf courses and advance tee times, Fitness Center, pool and beach towels and chaise lounges, and Central Romana Medical Center.
