The villa has an Italian garden with a Baroque fountain, enclosed park, pool, stone solarium and gazebo. The property is rented exclusively, with no other guests present on site.

The 5 x 10 m pool has a depth from 1.50 to 2.20 m, chlorine purification, a metal ladder and six Roman steps. Pool heating is available on request for a fee. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

Shops, services, pharmacy and a bus stop are 300 m away. The pool is reached by crossing the gravel driveway and lawn and then climbing a few stone steps. The entrance road is paved; the property has an automatic entrance gate and an uncovered parking area.

The property is rented exclusively, with no other guests present on site. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization. Pets are accepted on request. Pool heating is available on request for a fee.
