Villa Iren I

The 555 sq.m villa extends across multiple levels, combining whitewashed Cycladic stone architecture with minimalist Mediterranean interiors. The main house and independent guesthouses accommodate up to 14 guests together.

The pool level contains an entrance hall, an air-conditioned living room with TV, sea and pool views, and direct terrace and pool access. A dining area and fully equipped kitchen connect to the outdoor dining area, and there is a guest WC. The upper level has a master bedroom with a king-size bed, an adjoining living room, two bathrooms with showers and toilets, air conditioning, two TVs, a safe and a sea-view terrace. Two lower-level double bedrooms each have a double bed, an en-suite shower and toilet, air conditioning, TV and a pool-glass view.

Four guesthouse double rooms each have a private entrance and en-suite bathroom. One connects to the main house; another includes an attic with a double bed. Outdoors are the private infinity pool, lounge seating, sunbeds, a pergola-covered dining area, barbecue and helipad.

Facilities include free Wi-Fi, ADSL and advertised high-speed internet, central heating, ceiling fans, kitchen and kitchenette facilities, a refrigerator, coffee facilities, satellite television, soundproof windows, bath amenities, bathrobes and slippers, hairdryers, an iron and ironing board, and pool towels. Daily maid service, turndown service and guest laundry are available. Non-smoking rooms are available.

Services offered include airport and port transfers, concierge assistance, car and motorbike rental, boat trips, massage, beauty treatments on request and a doctor on request. Beach towels, beach sunbeds and umbrellas, and shower and changing facilities are also offered.
