The house

Villa Ippocampo occupies a quiet, private residential setting, surrounded by an irregularly shaped garden planted mainly with Mediterranean scrub. Its ground floor and basement level are connected by internal and external staircases. A square courtyard with plants, tables and chairs connects to a barbecue and wood-fired oven area, the ground-floor living area, the panoramic terrace and the lower sleeping level.

The open-plan living area has sofas, a dining area and large windows facing the terrace, sea and island of Mortorio. An independent equipped kitchen and an additional dining room complete the ground floor. Kitchen equipment includes a moka coffee maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.

The lower level contains five bedrooms: two with queen-size beds and three with two single beds each. There is also a second kitchen with a dining table, a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and tumble dryer, and five bathrooms, some with bathtubs and others with showers. A hairdryer and television are provided.

The spacious terrace overlooks the Gulf of Marinella and has a large dining table, benches, sofas and armchairs. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is 25 minutes away by car.
