The pool is on a terraced level around 10 m from the villa. It measures 10 x 5 m, with a depth of 1.55 to 2.5 m, chlorine purification, internal lighting, and access by two metal ladders. The pool area has an 80 sq m solarium with sunbeds, a lounge set and pergola, plus a changing room with two showers and a guest bathroom. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The villa is near Sonnino, with Sonnino Scalo shops and restaurants 3 km away. Terracina beach is 22 km away, Sabaudia beach 30 km away, Lido di Fondi 33 km away, San Felice Circeo 33 km away and Sperlonga 37 km away. Access includes 130 metres of unpaved road. Priverno-Fossanova railway station is 5 km away and the Frosinone A1 exit is 33 km away.

The property is for lease only. Small dogs up to 10 kg are allowed on request; cats are not allowed. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Unauthorised chefs and suppliers are not permitted.
