Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for more information when travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Regular arrivals end at 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be required upon arrival or a few days beforehand; the amount varies according to local regulations. The villa spans two levels. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is 16 minutes away by car.
