The two houses accommodate up to nine guests across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The five beds comprise two queen-size beds, one single bed and two double sofa beds.
Casa Gialla has a furnished veranda reached by approximately 10 steps, a solarium area and a panoramic terrace. Inside are a living area with a table, four chairs and a sofa, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a double bedroom. Casa Rossa has direct access to its living area, a kitchenette, a single bedroom, a bathroom and a double bedroom. All rooms in both houses have hot/cold air conditioning.
An automatic gate opens onto a spacious courtyard with parking. Outdoor facilities include a covered gazebo with a table and chairs, a swimming pool reached by approximately 15 steps, sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a wood-fired oven and an orange grove.
