The estate offers walking and cycling routes and is within driving distance of Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena and the coast.

The pool is on a lower level beside the villa. It measures 12 by 6 metres, has a depth of 1.5 to 2 metres, ladder access, salt purification and internal lighting. The surrounding solarium is approximately 140 square metres. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

The final 300 metres of the access road are unpaved. The property is near Montegemoli in the Val di Cecina; Pomarance and Saline di Volterra are about 10 minutes away. Cecina Marina and the Tyrrhenian Sea are 35 km away. The parking area is accessed by a gravel drive.

The property is for lease only. Small pets are permitted, with no more than one. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum booking limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Trash must be disposed of according to the check-in instructions; additional charges may apply for unsorted or improperly disposed trash.
