The surrounding solarium is approximately 140 square metres, with paved and lawn areas, sunbeds and umbrellas. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. A nearby changing room has a toilet, hot-water shower and basin.

The property is near Montegemoli in the Val di Cecina. The final 300 metres of the access road are unpaved. The nearest listed restaurant is in Montegemoli, 1.5 km away; Pomarance is 8 km away. Cecina Marina and the Tyrrhenian Sea are 35 km away. The uncovered parking area is accessed via a gravel drive.

The property is rented as a private structure. No other guests are present on site. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization. Small pets are permitted, limited to one. Trash must be disposed of and sorted according to the provided instructions; charges may apply for non-compliance.
