Villa Il Meluccio is a private two-storey structure for lease only, set among olive trees in a 15,000-square-metre private estate. The access road includes 500 m of unpaved road in good condition. Vada beach on the Tyrrhenian Sea is 7.5 km away. Cecina is 5 km away and Cecina train station is 7 km away.
