The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

The property is in the Tuscan hills near Reggello. The A1 motorway's Incisa-Reggello exit is 5 km away. The access roads include 100 metres of unpaved road. The pool is about 30 metres from the house and is reached by steps. The Mall outlet is 1.8 km away, and the Mediterranean Sea at Viareggio is 135 km away.
