The villa is in a hilly countryside position near Casole d’Elsa. The access roads are paved up to the entrance gate. The pool is about 70 metres from the villa along a hedged path. Casole d’Elsa is 5 km away, Poggibonsi train station is 19 km away, and the Tyrrhenian Sea at Cecina is 64 km away.

This is a private structure available for lease only. Pets are allowed. The property is fenced with hedges and a 2-metre-high fence over an area of 12 hectares. The owners live independently within the property.
