It is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. The pool area is reached across the lawn and down six steps. The 3 x 3 metre hydromassage tub is not heated. A sauna, hot and cold shower and bathroom are in the basement, reached by stairs.

The villa is less than 1 kilometre from Sarteano. Chiusi railway station is 13 km away, the A1 Chiusi–Chianciano Terme exit is 6.5 km away, and the Tyrrhenian coast at Castiglione della Pescaia is 128 km away. Access roads are paved up to the entrance gate. There are three uncovered parking spaces inside the property.

One small- or medium-sized pet is allowed. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. The fireplaces are ornamental.
