Cavaion Veronese is a hillside village. The property is reached by 1 km of unpaved road. Bardolino beach is 6 km away. The A22 motorway is five minutes by car. Access to the property uses a driveway gate shared with the adjacent wine cellar, while a second gate provides exclusive access to the villa. Winery vehicles may occasionally pass along the rear edge of the garden, and the nearby ring road may cause occasional noise.

Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. The property is partially fenced. Some farm buildings are reserved for staff. Pets are allowed, with mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals.
