The garden includes a barbecue area and a wood-fired oven. The villa is on one level, but two steps lead from the veranda down to the lawn and pool area.

The rectangular saltwater pool measures 10 x 4 metres and has a constant depth of 1.40 metres. It has two submerged steps, a non-slip sunbathing area, sunbeds, shaded seating and lighting for evening use. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The villa is in the countryside near Gagliano del Capo. Santa Maria di Leuca is 4 km away and Marina di Pescoluse is 12 km away. The nearest supermarket is 1 km away. The access roads are paved up to the gate, and parking is inside the property.

The property is for lease only. Unauthorized parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Pets are allowed, with mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.
