The living areas have direct access to the pool and outdoor dining area. A guest shower room is also on this floor.
Suite 1 is on the entrance floor and has a queen-size bed, TV, small fridge, safe, ceiling fans and an en-suite shower room. Balcony doors lead directly to the terrace and pool. Suites 2 and 3 are upstairs; each has a queen-size bed, TV, small fridge, safe, ceiling fans, lounge area and private sea-view balcony. Both have open-plan en-suite rain-shower bathrooms; Suite 2 also has a double sink.
Outside, the private heated infinity pool measures 80 sqm and connects to a shallow pool area. There are sun loungers, umbrellas, shaded lounge areas, outdoor showers and an outdoor dining area seating eight. Facilities include central cooling, heated floors, Wi-Fi, private parking, a dishwasher, washing facilities, an iron and ironing board, Molton Brown bath amenities, and hairdryers and safes in every room. The smart house has a power generator, CCTV, an alarm and a 24/7 security system.
